Dear Ward 5 Resident:

You have shared your vision for your community through the Community Visioning Workshops. You prioritized your essential ingredients. You signed up and committed to the SNAP process. The next step is to come together with your fellow Ward 5 neighbors to create a plan of action. How would you like the city to proceed in getting the work done? What are the critical steps that must be taken?

On Thursday evening, July 12, 2001 at 7:00p.m., we will join together at Bethesda Baptist Church, 1808 Capitol Avenue, N.E. for the first in a series of Strategic Neighborhood Action Planning sessions. At that time we will continue the work that will carry us forward into the future.

Enclosed you will find a schedule of the SNAP workshops planned for the month of July. You will also find a list of the top five essential ingredients for each cluster in Ward 5. Light refreshments will be served on Thursday evening, please come prepared to achieve success.
